Happy New Year!!!!!

Here in Oak Lawn, Winter has finally settled in and made itself at home. So, not much to do outside beside shoveling when it snows. It has been raining more than snowing here, which is fine for the gardens but doesn’t do much for your mood. So if you need a mood boost and  way to get your family to put down the electronics, try this pretty easy recipe for homemade brownies which I have adapted from the Bakers Secret one bowl brownie recipe.  They’re seriously soft and gooey, super chocolatey, and gluten-free.  Click on the Charmed Eats (aka Recipes) tab for the recipe and instructions.  And let me know what you think.
